This is the Lord Mayor of the festival. He stated that everyone knew who he was, but for some reason I kept forgetting. I guess I'm not one for authority figures. According to the Lord Mayor, the proper thing to say when you see him is: "Oh Lord! Its the mayor!"

A wizard and his assistant. He lives near the hobbit hole located close to the gypsy camp. I don't know why, but there does seem to be a great number of frogs around his place -- and noticeably few princes...
