Info about Me:
The short list

Art School Page

Major Influences:
John William Waterhouse, Dante Gabrielle Rossetti, William Holman Hunt, John Everett Millais, Arthur Hughes, Herbert Draper, The Symbolists, Joyce Tenneson, William Shakespeare, Alfred Lord Tennyson, John Keats, Lord Byron, W. B. Yeats

Favorite Photographers:
Joyce Tenneson, Howard Schatz, Edward Weston, Art Wolf, E. Katie Holm, John Santerineross, David Robinson

Pets:
A Royal Python (Python regius) named Lilith; she eats frozen mice and is about 4 feet long.

Favorite Foods:
Spicy Oriental (mmm... spice); including Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, and Japanese (but not sushi), Mexican, Italian, and other ethnic varieties. I don't eat mammals, but poultry and fish aren't safe. I tried being a vegetarian once, but realized I didn't like veggies. Needless to say, it didn't work out so well.

Books and authors:
J.R.R. Tolkien, H.P. Lovecraft, "Snowcrash" (great cyberpunk) by Neal Stephenson, "The Iron Dragon's Daughter" by Michael Swanwick, Anne Rice, "Songs of Earth and Power" by Greg Bear, Charles DeLint, Alfred Lord Tennyson, John Keats, "The Wind in the Willows" by Kenneth Graham, Robert Heinlein, Neil Gaiman (totally rocks!), and many others. I also read a lot of mythology, fairy tales, and books on magick and witchcraft. Of course I also get into pretty much anything involving vampires or other "dark" subjects.

TV:
Too much... way too much! Stupid sci/fi channel! So... I'd have to say Farscape, Babylon 5, The X-Files, The Simpsons, The Chronicle, Dark Angel, Lexx, anything with Monty Python, Faulty Towers, Buffy the Vampire Slayer (OK, so I'm in total lust with Drusilla), Xena, Twin Peaks, Witchblade, Wolf Lake, and I seem to be addicted to the History and the Learning channels. Having said all that, I've decided to turn off the TV and deal a bit more with real life. As of now the cable is officially disconnected and the TV displays naught but a blue screen.

Movies:
Anything (almost) with vampires, B-rated sci/fi, horror, anime, erotica (but not porn... boring), foreign and independent films, and anything strange (yeah, I like David Lynch). Some movies would be: Monty Python and the Holy Grail, The Life of Brian, X-Men, The Fellowship of the Ring, Strange Days, Habit, Wilderness, The Matrix (despite Keanu Reaves), the Terminator series, pretty much anything by Tim Burton, the Adams Family movies, Artemesia, and quite a few others.

Music:
Goth, metal, death metal, Celtic, and others. My favorite bands would be: Switchblade Symphony, Faith and the Muse, The Cruüxshadows, The Shroud, Tori Amos, Rasputina, Nightwish, Rhea's Obsession, Sisters of Mercy, Bauhaus, Orkrist, Mortiis, Mephisto Walz, Loreena McKennet, Type O Negative, and a bunch more I can't think of. If its dark, mysterious and melodic I'm probably going to like it.

Mental Illness of choice:
Clinical depression. Granted, it'd be more interesting to be bipolar or something, but at least depression is easier to deal with.

Drugs of choice:
Wellbutrin SR and Celexa

Smokes?
An occasional and rare clove cigarette; nonsmoking preferred

Favorite alcohol:
Guinness, single malt scotch, Absente, red wine

Favorite alien:
Marvin or Zaphod Beeblebrox; its really hard to say

Most embarrassing moment:
You know those dreams you have when you walk into class and the professor starts handing out the exam you didn't know about? Well... it happened to me for real. And no, I didn't wake up (that would have helped).

Favorite dead guy:
John William Waterhouse

Favorite dead girl:
Elizabeth Siddal (Rossetti's model and wife)

Favorite dead thing:
Food

Favorite fictional character:
Drusilla (in Buffy the Vampire Slayer)

Am I obsessed with Death?
Sure.

Why?
Because I can.

Am I single?
Of course I am. I have the affliction of turning any girl I may be interested in into a friend. When she starts telling you all about her sex life its over. Trust me.

What would possibly interest
me in a girl?
Not much: Pagan or like-minded Spiritually, dark hair, dark eyes, pale complexion, a dark sense of humor and love of all things creepy, artistic (any medium), intelligent, patient, able to teach me what I don't know, compassionate, passionate, good self esteem and non-body conscience, able to engage in interesting and intelligent conversation, and a few things I shouldn't really mention here. I don't think she actually exists... either that or she'll be my next friend.

Is this list over?
Oh yeah... If you want to know more just ask.
